ダマスカスにある指導部と地方との間のやりとりに問題があるという「技術的な問題」が原因で、開催を2週間延期する。治安情勢とは無関係という説明。

Party sources said that the national leadership of the Baath Arab Socialist Party decided to postpone the 11th conference for approximately two weeks for technical reasons related to the functioning of the party branches.
The sources added that the conference will be held in the atheist th of next month, as expected, but will be delayed ten days and two weeks ago, for reasons related to correspondence and communications between the party leadership in Damascus and its branches in the provinces, denying that the security situation anything to do with the postponement.
According to the newspaper "Al-Watan," sources pointed out that the delay to come to the events of the desired effect in the Conference requests the preparation more accurate, noting that the conference will be a qualitative and a turning point in the work of the party.
And the national leadership announced the completion of a new constitution for the letter will be discussed during the conference under the title of the intellectual and political platform of the Baath Party.
