Minister of Economy and Trade, Dr Muhammad Nidal Shaar, issued a decree, to ensure the maximum for "assenger tariffs with cars running between the provinces on gasoline, the type of "service", capacity of 9-14 passengers, and 15-25 passengers, with tariff kilo metric, of 81.95 Syrian qirsh in the kilometer per passenger.
The decree emphasizes "all owners of means of transport mentioned" the need to distinguish their vehicles with the development of green paint on the perimeter of microbuses in the middle display 10 cm for "service" diesel-powered and working on the same line.
The decree gives the right of the executive offices in the provinces to exercise the power to determine wages passenger cars mentioned within the administrative boundaries of the province, or between areas and on routes other as the case drawing on the tariff selected taking into account the condition of the roads paved and rugged and mountainous as well as long distance and limit the frequency of the movement.
The decree mandated the owners of travel agencies and related car owners by announcing these charges are clear and legible and in cars.
The decree notes that the provisions of resolution Violators shall be punished with sanctions provided for by Law No. 123 of 1960, as amended.
