駐ハルツームのシリア大使が、アサド大統領からの書簡をスーダン大統領に手渡した。

隣国のリビアが、シリアの友好国から敵対国に変質してしまい、今後のアラブ連盟・国連外交で公然と敵対行動を取るだろうから、最近南部をもぎ取られた（笑）スーダンと、反米を軸に友好を確認し合ったのではないかと思う。
