テヘランで、シリアとイランを原油パイプラインで結び、シリア産原油をイランの港からアジア向けに輸出する案について、事務レベル協議が始まった。
イラン産天然ガスを、イラク経由のパイプラインでシリアへ輸送する計画については、既に合意されている。前の記事
・・・シリア産原油がヨーロッパに引き取り拒否されたら、中国に輸出するから困らないと豪語していたが、これからパイプラインを建設するのか。いかにもシリア的な段取りで、さすがの私も力が抜けた（苦笑）。
