シリア:ハマー・セメント会社が生産計画を達成 政情不安にもかかわらず
デモと武装集団で治安が悪化したハマーでは、会社が従業員にレンタカーやバスを用意したり、帰宅できない従業員にはパジャマと食事を用意するなどし、会社全体が一丸となって対応した結果、1~7月期の目標を、納入ベースで15%超過、生産ベースで17%超過した。事前に計画していた36時間のメンテ以外は、連続操業した。

Eng Muhammad Al-Hamza, Director General of the Hama Cement Company said the company despite the difficult circumstances experienced by the province did not stop production, thanks to procedures and continuous coordination between the Foundation and the cement company to secure the access of workers, engineers and technicians to the company whether mediated by rental car to them or through the media-chartered company and the costs are paid by the company, noting that the rest of the workers who did not leave the company because of the difficult security situation has been locked pajamas, eating and drinking them and thanks to these measures did not stop work on production lines of the three.
Muhammad said that during the period of crisis, the company that supplied to the banks up to 140 million pounds and that the company did not stop until 36 hours for scheduled maintenance earlier, through technicians and staff and noted that the company during the seven months amounted to delivery of up to 940 000 tons of cement, equivalent to 115 % of planned for this year and produced up to 950 000 tons cement, equivalent to 117% of the planned while the company sold about 5 billion Syrian pounds and an average profit of one billion and 100 million pounds. Muhammad also stressed that the situation is good and artistic production in the company and things returned to normal as they were before the events.
