シリア：アレッポ工業会議所がアジア通貨建て決済を要望 経済制裁回避
アレッポ工業会議所が28日、声明を発表。
シリアに対する植民地主義的な激しい攻撃を非難。
政府と中央銀行に対し、将来は全てのドル建て取り引きを止め、よりリスクの少ない通貨バスケット制に移るよう求めた。シリアと友好的で、シリアの一次産品買い取り先である中国、インド、東アジアの通貨がよい。
会議所の加盟社に対しては、外国貿易の決済で、近隣諸国（レバノンという意味か？）の両替送金サービスなど、代替手段を真剣に検討するよう求めた。
最近の経済制裁は、シリア国民と経済活動の全てに対し、例外なく向けられたものであり、新旧の植民勢力に対し、皆が心を一つにし、手を握る必要があると強調。
・・・人民元やルピー建てで全てをやりくりするのは、20年後くらいには先進的な制度かもしれないが、今はちょっと厳しいかな。どうなるんでしょ。

Denounced members of the Aleppo Chamber of Industry colonial fierce attack on Syria aimed to impose conditions and dictate them to abandon the maxims and principles and rights.
And members in a statement issued yesterday called on the government and the Central Bank to abandon any dollar deal in the future, and replacing it with a basket of currencies measured and balanced low-risk and fluctuations, and costs, and be based on the currencies of friendly countries, including Syria, which buys most of its raw materials such as China and India and the countries of East Asia.
He also asked members of the adoption of the economic activities of alternative currencies in the foreign trade transactions and look seriously about the possibility of the use of commercial companies in neighboring countries to divert money from them.
The statement stressed that the recent economic campaign against all spectrums of the Syrian people and its components and economic institutions, without exception, requires us to be of one heart and one hand in the face of the anti-colonial countries of the old and new.
