以下はアラビア語記事からのコピペだが、英語記事を読むと、「暴力の使用を止めるとシリア政府から聞いても、翌日に何人も死ぬということが何度も繰り返されたので、信頼を失った」という書きぶりだった。
トルコは最初のうちは威勢が良かったが、なかなか「アサド大統領は正当性を失った」と言いませんねぇ。いつになったら制裁措置を発動するのでしょうか。
思い起こせば、日本の国力がピークだったときでも、世界は日本の思い通りには動かなかった。トルコ首相・外相コンビは、前原誠司と同じで、思いだけが先走るが、順序の組み立てと他国との調整が下手みたいだから、この程度の国が他国に向かって「これが最後通牒だ」とすごんでみても、その通りにならない。
アサド大統領は、「トルコの最後通牒が最後でないことが何度も繰り返されたから、シリアはトルコ政府に対する信頼性を失った」と思っていますよ。

Turkish President Abdullah Gul said on Sunday that Turkey has lost confidence in the Syrian administration.
Gul said in an interview with the Anatolia news agency that Turkey has made great efforts and contributions were made in Syria, adding that Turkey supported the Syrian people is more important, stressing that the well-being, happiness and peace, the Syrians are very important for Turkey.
Gul said he was following the developments in Syria every day, receiving intelligence reports about what is happening in every city in Syria, adding that he was following events there, because Syria is a country neighbor of Turkey.
He expressed regret for the current events in Syria, adding: "Frankly, Turkey lost confidence in the Syrian leadership."
