Has shown the instructions issued that the company wishing to buy shares issued by it shall immediately inform the Commission thereof to take the consent and no later than the business day following the decision of the Governing Council the judge to buy its shares in accordance with the form approved attached the required documents, and to inform the market in writing the decision of the Governing Council on the procurement as soon as its release , as well as the approval of the Commission as soon as they are issued.
The company has committed to announce approval of the Commission on its purchase of shares in two daily newspapers, before at least ten days from the date of commencement of the procurement process.
