Ownership of the Ministry of Tourism to invest a restaurant of the first class of three-star level with a capacity of not less than 215 chairs, according to the investment regime (B or T) for 25 years.
Investors will and work of restoration and rehabilitation of the site was mentioned in the book according to the conditions of the site and the proposed actions presented in the technical offer accepted and invested according to the system of the restaurant (my Ottey) where the investor to the implementation and completion of the necessary equipment for the facility during a period not exceeding one year for his investment.
